Achievements to date
- Participation in weekly online wellbeing workshops delivered by qualified and experienced instructors, including Tai Chi/Qigong, Yoga, Mindfulness and Meditation, and Pilates
- Opportunity for participants to socialise and meet new people
- Language specific groups
Feedback: Participants report that the workshops have helped them to lower their stress and anxiety levels during lockdown.
Coming soon: We will soon expand the delivery of this project to additional culturally and linguistically diverse communities, so continue to watch this space!
