To refer a client, or if you wish to learn more about ADEC services please call us on (03) 9480 7000. If you’d like to refer a client for ADEC’s NDIS services you could also do an online referral here.
If a person is ineligible for ADEC services, we will still endeavour to advise you of any other available options.

We will contact you through a telephone interpreter service.
Many of our staff speak multiple languages so we will be in touch with you as soon as possible.

Terms and Conditions for ADEC Referral Program
ADEC’s Referral Program allows staff and clients to refer their friends or family members to sign up for our aged care services. By participating, referrers and referees can enjoy the benefits outlined in this program. The following terms and conditions apply to ensure clarity and fairness.
Eligibility
- Referrer Eligibility:
- Open to ADEC staff members and clients.
- Referee Eligibility:
- The referred individual must be a new client to ADEC aged care services.
- The referee must meet the eligibility requirements for aged care services, including Home Care Packages or CHSP.
Referral Process
- Referrers must provide accurate and complete information about the referee during the referral process.
- The referee must sign up for ADEC aged care services and successfully complete the onboarding process.
Rewards

- Staff or clients members who refer a successful new client may receive a Cole gift card valued at $100.
- Rewards will be processed after the referred client has been onboarded and remains with ADEC.
Limitations
- Referrers cannot refer themselves
- ADEC reserves the right to verify the referral’s authenticity and eligibility.
Program Period
- The referral program will run from 1st January to 25th March 2025
- ADEC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.
General Conditions
- Any disputes regarding the program will be resolved at ADEC’s discretion.
- By participating, both referrers and referees agree to these terms and conditions.
- Privacy of both referrers and referees will be maintained in accordance with ADEC’s privacy policy.
