Intake and Referral

If you wish to access any of ADEC services, you can do so via telephone, email, or in person. Consumers can also be referred to ADEC by service providers, the NDIS, My Aged Care or family members/significant others.

If a person is ineligible for ADEC services, we will still endeavour to advise you of any other available options.

If you would prefer to speak to us in your own language, please call us on (03) 9480 7000 and:

  • leave your name
  • the language you speak
  • and your telephone number

We will contact you through a telephone interpreter service.

Many of our staff speak multiple languages so we will be in touch with you as soon as possible.
