“Celeste was working as an advocate to help my family member to access several support services. She assisted us to apply for NDIS services for my child, helped us with social housing application priority list, registered my child with disability into special developmental school, helped my wife to access disability carers payment and allowance from Centrelink and obtained our Medicare cards. We are very happy for the supports Celeste provided for each member of our family. Celeste is not only the advocate of my son; she was like my senior case manager and she supported us like a family member. On behalf of my family.
