Our supportive team is dedicated to supporting people from diverse backgrounds, ensuring they receive the personalised care they need to live fulfilling lives. Interpreters can be arranged free of charge.

We have a diverse support worker group that speaks 27 languages including:

Our Support Workers Program delivers exceptional assistance to clients both in their home and out in the community – safe, confidential, day-to-day support.

Our NDIS support workers offer a range of services, including:

  • Personal Care: Assisting with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Household Tasks: Helping with cleaning, cooking, and other domestic chores.
  • Transportation: Providing transport to appointments, activities, and social events, including using public transport.
  • Emotional Support: Offering companionship and support for mental health and well-being.
  • Community Participation: Encouraging and facilitating involvement in community activities.

These services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, enhancing their ability to live independently and engage with their community.

While formal qualifications are not mandatory, many of our community support workers possess relevant certifications and training, such as:

  • Certificate III or IV in Disability or Individual Support
  • First Aid and CPR Certification
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working with Children Check or Working with Vulnerable People 
  • Police Check

Ongoing professional development through workshops and training programs is also beneficial to stay updated with best practices in disability support. This ensures that our support workers have the necessary knowledge and skills to provide high-quality services.
