If you or someone you care for already gets help through a Home Care Package (HCP), please note that HCP service is changing.
The new Support at Home program will replace HCP from 1 November 2025. If you’re already receiving a Home Care Package, you will automatically move to this new program. You won’t need to do anything to switch over, and your current care will keep going smoothly.
Meryem is 75 years old and originally from Turkey.
