We’re here to support you

If you disagree with an NDIS decision, you don’t have to face the process alone.

You may have been denied access to the NDIS, received less funding than expected, or been unable to access the supports you need.

ADEC’s NDIS Appeals team can help you understand your options, navigate the appeals process, and advocate for a fair outcome. We are here to provide guidance, support, and information every step of the way.

Understanding the review process

External Review (ART)

If you are not satisfied with the internal review outcome, you may apply to the Administrative Reviews Tribunal (ART).

Applications with the ART must generally be lodged within 28 days of receiving the internal review decision.

ADEC can help you understand the process and prepare the information needed for your review.

What you need for a strong review

To improve your chances, it’s important to include:

  • Clear reasons why the decision of the review is not right
  • Provide updated medical or professional reports
  • Provide supporting statements (carer, family, or participant)
  • Provide a list of supports you need and why

We help you gather and organise this information.
