We're excited to announce that ADEC is inviting all incredible women from the Burmese community. Join us for our FREE Healthy Relationship Workshops, where you can make new friends, and have fun in a safe space.
🌟Workshop Focus:
To look at family safety, understand the impact of anxiety and stress, and engage in fun activities with a Wellness and Movement Class with Beat Freak Fitness and Arts and Crafts.
🎤Guest Speakers: from WIRE and the Multicultural Centre for Women's Health. Their insights and guidance will enrich our discussions and empower us even further.
