FREE Healthy Relationship Workshops for Women – Term 4 2023

🌟ADEC is offering FREE Healthy Relationships Workshops to women, with the aim to:
• look at identifying family violence and prevention
• impact of anxiety/stress and how you can empower yourself and other women in your life
• empowering women through training and employment
There will be lots of engaging activities with Wellness and Movement Classes with Beat Freakz Fitness and Artful Warriors Creative Art Therapy where you will create pieces of art that connect and express feelings, emotions, and tell your story.

• Any woman can join - with or without a disability.
• Cost: FREE
• Light refreshments will be provided.
